Company Founding

OMNI Master Investments Lda. is a Portuguese company founded in 2017. The company stems from the international journey of its founder, Luciana Castelli, whose experience combines operations in major international markets, business development, and the creation of globally oriented projects.

Now permanently established in Portugal, OMNI was founded by applying a proprietary methodology based on the synergy between three fundamental pillars: private initiative, public authority, and the local community. Based on this approach, the company is dedicated to the development of projects that generate economic value, promote cultural enhancement, and produce a lasting social impact.

Recognition and Impact

OMNI develops projects in the areas of sustainable tourism, real estate development, and regional entrepreneurship. The relevance of its work has been recognized by renowned institutions such as EDP, through the Traditions Program (Programa Tradições) and the Fernando Pereira National Environment Award, as well as the Gala Namorar Portugal Award.

Its projects also benefit from the institutional support of various City Councils (Terras de Bouro, Póvoa de Lanhoso, Vila Verde) and AFURNA – the Association of Former Inhabitants of Vilarinho da Furna.

Luciana Castelli

Founder & CEO

Luciana Castelli is an international professional with over 30 years of experience, whose career integrates business internationalization between the United States and Brazil, participation in large-scale real estate projects in the Brazilian market, sales team management, and the expansion of corporate networks.

Throughout her career, she has combined an academic background, practical experience, and a strategic international vision, building a solid foundation of credibility with global investors, institutions, and partners. This multidisciplinary experience culminated in the creation and leadership of OMNI Master Investments Lda. in Portugal.

Academic Background

She holds a degree in Accounting, a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Business Management, a postgraduate degree in International Relations, and a Master’s degree in Sociology.

International Experience

She worked for over 13 years with leading American companies in the porcelain sector, supporting the internationalization of their products in Brazil.

Real Estate Market

She has accumulated extensive experience in Brazil, collaborating with benchmark construction companies such as Gafisa, MRV Engenharia, and Plaenge, as well as in the expansion of networks like RE/MAX.

Global Networking

She has participated in international events in the USA, the ART MAR event aboard the Opera cruise ship, and the Mega Artesanal in São Paulo, continuously expanding her professional networks.
